(Webster's Park, October 27, 2007) Dark, gray ominous clouds and a lush green-carpeted field served as the operation theatre in which the Doc’s United football club dissected Spartans International football club. Doc’s United sedated their opponents with good ball control and triangular passes reminiscent of the Ajax football club. The pressure exerted by Doc’s United forced Spartans to give up a penalty. Alexander Nwadozi (no. 7) converted the penalty into a goal putting Doc’s ahead. With their backs pushed against the wall Spartans International equalized with a blistering shot from Shawn Samuels (no. 15).

As the second half commenced Doc’s United continued to perform their passes with surgical precision. Once again Alexander Nwadozi (no. 7) was lurking in the back ground and blasted a shot outside of the 18 yard box which left the very agile goal keeper Joseph Pembleton (TJ) wondering what happened. Leading 2:1 Doc’s United were not finished with their opponents. Several minutes after Docs United scored another goal from a set piece right outside the 18-yard box. Armando Gonzalez (no. 9) sent a free kick over the wall of defenders and dipping behind a leaping goalkeeper Pembleton. The match culminated in a 3:1 win for the new comers Doc’s United. It also highlighted the weakness of the once mighty Spartans International. If Spartans International continues playing this way they will be the cellar dwellers of the league.
